Thank you for considering commissioning a pet portrait from Portrait Artist Keat. Please read the terms and conditions before ordering your pet portrait. If you have a question, do not hesitate to send me an email.
Copyright information
Pet Portrait Artist Keat Teresa Cheong retains copyright of all artwork produced. This includes all reproduction rights to the artwork, including prints.
Your purchase buys only the artwork itself, but not the right to reproduce it in any medium, whether for distribution or for any commerical or non-commercial use.
Stylopetart.com reserves the right to display completed commissioned portraits on the website.
No reproduction of text and images from stylopetart.com, either in part or in full, is permitted.
50% deposit before work begins
The painting/drawing process will begin only after a 50% non-refundable deposit of the portrait fee has been paid. Shipping or delivery charges are extra.
Cancellation after artwork has begun
Cancellation of the pet portrait once the painting or drawing process has begun will result in a cancellation fee of 50%.
Alteration before final completion of artwork
An image of the almost-completed pet portrait (80% complete) will be sent to you via email for your approval before the final layers are added to complete the portrait. Some minor changes can be made at this stage. Only one round of alteration allowed.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the pet portrait even after the alteration, you may choose to reject the artwork, in which there will be a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost of the portrait. The artist has the right to put the artwork for sale.
Privacy
Any information collected such as your name, email address and postal address are solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services you have requested from stylopetart. Your personal information will not be sold and will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. It will not be passed on to a third-party, unless required to do so by law enforcement authorities.
